Return and Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by sending a clear statement (e.g. by email) to:

Conditions for Returns

• You may handle and inspect the goods as you would in a physical store.

• You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

• To be accepted for a refund, returned goods should be sent back complete and, where possible, in their original packaging.

• You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to complete the transaction.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• custom or personalized products,

• perishable goods,

• sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g., pillows, bedding),

• digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun.

Sale items and gift cards are excluded from return.
